JOC CLARK, Ph.D.
Jonathan "Joc" Clark
Joc Clark is an organization development and leadership development
specialist; he consults and teaches internationally as a process consultant. He
received his Ph.D. in leadership studies and change management from Antioch
University in 2008, where his studies focused primarily upon the study of shared
leadership and researching methods for creating collaborative working
environments. Joc’s strengths are in experiential and adventure-based learning
methods and customized action learning approaches to systems change. He
worked for over 20 years at Outward Bound, has been a process consultant
and facilitator since 2000. Joc has worked with many colleges, universities,
businesses, and government agencies specifically in the areas of diversity,
change management, communication, and leadership development.
